For new bookings of eligible standard excursions, customer cancellations made at least 48 hours before the trip receive a full refund. From 24 hours to less than 48 hours before the trip, the refund is 50%. Less than 24 hours before the trip, or if you do not attend, there is no refund.

Flight trips, ferry trips, private bookings and overnight desert camping are non-refundable after payment if you cancel. Existing bookings follow the terms agreed when booked.

If PyraSafari or the operator cancels your trip, you can choose a full refund of all amounts you have paid or reschedule.
